Wilmington Area New Home Communities

A lively historic downtown area and a walkable river district is at the heart of Wilmington, NC. It is host to many festivities throughout the year and a plethora of fun, entertaining activities for people of any age. When you enter the city by bridge you’ll be greeted by up-kept brick building along with moss-draped trees. This historic city is in pristine condition considering. Not only does the city have an entertaining downtown area, but its residents are a short drive away from the beach. You’ll never have to ask yourself the question, “what should we do today”.

Where to start? Let’s talk about the beach, residents are just a short drive away from posting up on  Wrightsville Beach or  Carolina Beach from April to September. The year-round warm weather extends the beach season for maximum fun. When the sun is out you just don’t have to go to the beach, take a stroll downtown and you’re guaranteed to find something to do. Wilmington now has 18 breweries, loads of shopping, restaurants on the water, and a thriving nightlife. Each year there is an  Azalea Festival where downtown gets transformed into local artist and crafters post up their shops running almost a half mile long. If you’re looking for a big activity then drive over the bridge and hop on a decommissioned World War II Battleship.
